Fabrication services on the stock we supply
Send a DXF, STEP file or a marked-up drawing and we'll come back with nesting, tooling, material usage and a firm lead time. Because the material and the machine are under one roof, there is no second freight leg and no finger-pointing on tolerances.
Capabilities
CNC routing & profiling
3100 x 2100mm bed, up to 60mm material, ±0.2mm on profile. Nested from your DXF or STEP file.
Laser cutting & engraving
CO2 laser on acrylic to 25mm with a flame-polished edge straight off the machine.
Line bending & forming
Strip heating and forming for covers, trays, guards and display work up to 2400mm.
Polishing & finishing
Diamond edge polishing, flame polishing and buffing to a display-grade finish.
Welding & bonding
Solvent bonding, structural methacrylate bonding and HDPE/PP hot-gas welding.
Cut to size
Sheet, rod and tube cut to your list with no handling penalty on small quantities.
Machine rates
Published hourly rates ex GST, with volume breaks for longer runs.
